As soon as I meet Liz my comp therapist she was so nice and very kind. She listen to me with my concerns, I felt like I was meeting with a friend, the therapy was very calming, stress free surroundings. I loved every session.
Suggested improvements
Nothing at all. more than pleased with my. Therapist and therapy sessions. I could not have asked for more than I received.

From initial phone call and through visit, Vernon Davs was kind, respectful and understanding. He was very informative and we { } a lot during his visit. He praised in bed treatment that ended me to thoroughly take part and enjoy Xmas, making a massive difference to not just me but my family.
Suggested improvements
Under the circumstances, I cannot fault the service. I only wish I had been a bit more receptive to it earlier I genuinely do believe Vernan made my Christmas very special.

I have always found them very good and caring. Always take their time to explain things and make you feel well looked after. It's nice to have a lovely lady that understands.

When first diagnosed I was in a terrible place. Sick all the time. Very weak and very depressed./nThe hospice community nurse sore to my medication straight away with the doctor. Then put me in touch with help to put away with the doctor. Then put me in touch with help to put everything else into place and my mind into prespective.

I do not think you could you have been amazing.

I gave my answers to this survey because I was spoken to and looked after with great care and dignity. The nurse was very jolly and kind.
Suggested improvements
I d not think your staff could do any better. Especially the way I was treated.

The people were mostly great at a job that not a lot of people would do.

Not a lot I do not have much IT knowledge, if provided it would be much better for both parties.

Julie was friendly, knowledgeable and lovely to chat to. The foot massages were very beneficial and relaxing and helped immediately. I would love them to continue as very therapists. Great all round one.
Suggested improvements
Nothing except 3 more sessions.
